Of Counsel - Joshua Rubin

Mr. Rubin is a Plaintiff's Trial Attorney who has successfully secured millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. He has earned a reputation as a zealous advocate for individuals in matters of Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Neglect, garnering respect from both clients and peers alike.  Mr. Rubin began his career as a Defense Attorney, specializing in representing medical providers such as Hospitals, Doctors, and Nursing Homes in malpractice and negligence cases. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the case valuation and evaluation processes, as well as a deep understanding of his clients' concerns, which he effectively leverages in analyzing his cases. Mr. Rubin completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009 and his legal education at Loyola University of Chicago, earning his law degree in 2012.

Of Counsel -  Noelle Croley

Ms. Croley is an Attorney successfully working in a variety of business legal areas including entity organization, compliance, distribution, licensing, liability, assigning of rights, tax burdens, and more. Many of the high stakes complex agreements she negotiates for clients are with multi-state and international organizations. Ms. Croley is eager to help clients in researching even the most nuanced of matters, and she takes pride in helping provide clarity to her clients. Ms. Croley completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University in 2007 and her legal education at Loyola University of Chicago, earning her law degree in 2012.

Founding Attorney - Ariel Gurian

Ms. Gurian is an Attorney admitted to practice law in Illinois and Georgia. Prior to law school, she worked as a broadcast news anchor and reporter at ABC and FOX television news affiliates in Rockford, IL and Atlanta, GA. Due to her media background, Ms. Gurian was exposed to daily legal issues which piqued her interest including personal injury, trademark, and business issues. Ms. Gurian completed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University in 2005 and her legal education at Loyola University of Chicago, earning her law degree in 2012. Ms. Gurian also used to moonlight for fun from time to time as fictional “news anchor” Rachel Cole for The Onion News Network (ONN), a satire news website.
